Milan Markovic, originally a Yugoslavian lawyer by profession, worked in international banking for most of his professional career. He has extensive experience with Private and Public Sector Banking throughout Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He was extensively involved in many of the bilateral debt negotiations carried out by the former Yugoslavia. His unmatched experience and contacts both within the political and the banking sectors throughout the Balkans and Eastern Europe enable him to originate and successfully execute many innovative and structural transactions for ANZ Investment Bank and Ashmore Group. Milan is currently investing in investment projects with focus on generating a measurable, beneficial social or environmental impact alongside a financial return. His philanthropic projects are mainly directed towards health and education.
Jin assists at every stage of Lochinver’s projects. Prior to joining Lochinver she worked with private equity and project finance groups in both the UK and China. Her M&A background includes extensive modelling and analysis experience. Jin received a BS in Finance from Fudan University and an MS in Financial Economics from Oxford University.
Kristina acts as the office manager & HR. Prior to Lochinver, she gained extensive experience in both fund administration and investor relations through her roles at two renewable energy funds. Kristina received her BA from Klaipeda University and her MSc from Vilnius University.
